Processing & Shipping

All of my products are handmade and created specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of these pieces, please allow the full processing time indicated on each product page. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped using the method you selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Custom Orders – No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. Since each item is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed. Please double-check all details—such as sizes, colors, spellings, and design choices—before submitting your order.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 2 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or lost/stolen packages. Please ensure your address is accurate when placing your order.

Shipping

All standard items are pre-made and ready to ship. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary based on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Returns or exchanges for standard items are accepted only if there is an issue with your order, such as:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • A defect is present that was not disclosed

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to replace the item or provide a refund when appropriate.

Items must be returned in their original condition. We cannot accept returns for issues reported after the return window has passed.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that any used, altered, or intentionally damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We will not post finished portraits online (website, social media, portfolio, etc.) unless you explicitly give permission.
